Founder and CEO- Galveston, TX Eric Ayles started a Spiritual Care Network group in Dallas in 2013 and he helped start other groups across Texas. He formalized the Spiritual Care Network by obtaining the 501c3 charity status in 2019. Since then he has managed the national growth of the organization with conferences, webinars, and monthly networking groups. He has been in the mental health and addiction treatment field since 2012 as a director and regional manager.

Jason Pullin is the director of The Texas Recovery Oriented Housing Network (TROHN) a state affiliate of the National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR). TROHN is responsible for certifying recovery housing in Texas that meet national standards

Shannon Lien is the Director of Marketing for North America at capSpire, a global consulting firm. In this role, Shannon leads strategic marketing initiatives, Prior to joining capSpire, Shannon served as the Galveston County Coalition Coordinator at the Bay Area Council on Drugs and Alcohol, where she worked closely with youth on substance use prevention initiatives. She has remained an active advocate in the recovery space through ROSC and the SCN.

Chad Hampton - Acadia Healthcare Chad is a Treatment Placement Specialist at Acadia Healthcare, He is the Owner of CLH Consulting Design & Marketing Strategies, a former Associate Pastor, and an Outreach & Missions Site Pastor.

Jerry Laney is a person in long-term recovery from substance use disorder with lived experience in recovery housing as a former resident. While employed as a regional director for one of the largest recovery housing providers in the country, Jerry supervised 300 beds in Texas and Oklahoma. Jerry has also been involved in ministry for many years.

Pastor Camelia is the CEO at Kingdom Works Ministries and The Joseph Group. The Joseph Group is a parachurch ministry operating alongside Kingdom Works, Inc. with a collaboration of faith-based consultants to provide technical assistance, capacity building, training, and coaching to churches, faith-based organizations and nonprofits as needed.

Matt Mirand is the founder and CEO of Red Cardinal Digital Marketing, a full-service digital marketing company in Houston, TX. Matt specializes in helping local addiction treatment centers grow with SEO, Branding and social media marketing.

Andre Bennett is a Heathcare Administrative Professional with 20 years experience in the Behavioral Healthcare industry. Andre has been apart of executive leadership teams during behavioral hospital startups, acquisitions and new developments. Andre has held leadership roles including Administrative, Business Development and Operations. Andre attended Dallas Baptist University and Hazelden Addiction Training Institute in Dallas Tx.

Jordan is a Business Development Rep for Sunshine Behavioral Health, Jordan uses his skills to foster meaningful partnerships and expand access to quality care. Previously, Jordan served as the Alumni Director for The Right Step Houston and Promises Brazos Valley, Jordan's academic background includes earning his Bachelor's degree in Communications from Cornell University, followed by a Master's in Sports Administration and Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University in Miami, FL

Leonard worked 18 years in Corporate Learning and Development before leaving to venture out on his own. He has been serving as the Executive Director of Leah’s House since 2019. The home is a 12 month biblically based residential restoration and recovery home for women.

Advisory Board Member and Austin SCN Leader - Jacqui is a LPC-S and LCDC with over a decade experience in the treatment of Substance Use Disorders and co-occurring mental health diagnoses. Jacqui specializes in the treatment of domestic violence, spiritual trauma, PTSD, anger management, premarital education, as well as serving criminal justice-involved individuals. She is trained in EMDR, ART and is certified in anger management as well as a Clinical Certified Trauma Specialist

After serving for more than twenty-five years as a minister and counselor for churches in four different locations, Jamie transitioned into a behavioral health care role within the Conway Regional Health System. She serves as the Community Education Coordinator for Psychiatric Services. Previously, Jamie managed the Outpatient Clinic and Counseling Center. She is a founding member of CATCH (Central Arkansas Team for Community Health)

Pastor Roger Whitehead is the Recovery Pastor at Powerhouse Church in Katy, Texas and he is the Community Engagement Director for Sharpen Recovery. He is a certified Christian Counselor from AACC. Pastor Roger and his wife developed a faith based recovery group curriculum and workbook called The High Road.

Mary is a Gallup Certified Strength Coach and a Certified Go and Tell Gals Coach and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. As a counselor and coach, Mary is dedicated to assisting fellow counselors and mental health professionals in prioritizing their own wellbeing. She is passionate about supporting individuals before they reach a state of burnout and helping those who are already there.

C.J. Syas is a seasoned recovery professional with over 25 years of lived experience in addiction and long-term recovery. He is the co-founder of Mantra Recovery, a respected team of professional interventionists specializing in crisis management and substance use disorders. C.J. currently serves as the Director of the Withdrawal Management Program at Carrollton Regional Medical Center and provides strategic consulting in business development and marketing for Redeem Recovery Centers’ IOP/PHP

Lori Lanpher, LCDC-I, is the founder and owner of The Butterfly Way (est. 2014), a sober living for women in Northeast Dallas. During her journey in long-term recovery, Lori discovered a calling to walk alongside other women facing the same battle. She strives to share her gratitude, mission and unwavering belief that transformation is possible with anyone in need.

Edmundo Suarez - Edmundo has many years in the addiction treatment field as a COO for a Detox Program and as a Business Development professional. He has managed a sober living home and does speaking engagements at conferences and events.
