Founder and CEO- Galveston, TX Eric Ayles started a Spiritual Care Network group in Dallas in 2013 and he helped start other groups across Texas. He formalized the Spiritual Care Network by obtaining the 501c3 charity status in 2019. Since then he has managed the national growth of the organization with conferences, webinars, and monthly networking groups. He has been in the mental health and addiction treatment field since 2012 as a director and regional manager.
Chad Hampton - Acadia Healthcare Chad is a Treatment Placement Specialist at Acadia Healthcare, He is the Owner of CLH Consulting Design & Marketing Strategies, a former Associate Pastor, and an Outreach & Missions Site Pastor.
Edmundo Suarez - Vice President of TX Groups Edmundo has many years in the addiction treatment field as a COO for a Detox Program and as a Business Development professional. He has managed a sober living home and does speaking engagements at conferences and events.
Jordan Hase is a Business Development Representative for Sunshine Behavioral Health, Jordan uses his skills to foster meaningful partnerships and expand access to quality care. Previously, Jordan served as the Alumni Director for The Right Step Houston and Promises Brazos Valley, Jordan's academic background includes earning his Bachelor's degree in Communications from Cornell University, followed by a Master's in Sports Administration and Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University in Miami, FL

Pastor Camelia is the CEO at Kingdom Works Ministries and The Joseph Group. The Joseph Group is a parachurch ministry operating alongside Kingdom Works, Inc. with a collaboration of faith-based consultants to provide technical assistance, capacity building, training, and coaching to churches, faith-based organizations and nonprofits as needed.
Pastor Roger Whitehead is the Recovery Pastor at Powerhouse Church in Katy, Texas and he is the Community Engagement Director for Sharpen Recovery. He is a certified Christian Counselor from AACC. Pastor Roger and his wife developed a faith based recovery group curriculum and workbook called The High Road.

Jason Pullin is the director of The Texas Recovery Oriented Housing Network (TROHN) a state affiliate of the National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR). TROHN is responsible for certifying recovery housing in Texas that meet national standards
Brooke Martin is a marketing, communications, and business development professional who brings over 25 years of experience in mental health and substance abuse to the role of Treatment Placement Specialist for Acadia Healthcare. Formerly, she was a CEO of a Psychiatric Hospital and founded the nonprofit organization called Love Multiplied.
Leonard worked 18 years in Corporate Learning and Development before leaving to venture out on his own. He has been serving as the Executive Director of Leah’s House since 2019. The home is a 12 month biblically based residential restoration and recovery home for women.
After serving for more than twenty-five years as a minister and counselor for churches in four different locations, Jamie transitioned into a behavioral health care role within the Conway Regional Health System. She serves as the Community Education Coordinator for Psychiatric Services. Previously, Jamie managed the Outpatient Clinic and Counseling Center. She is a founding member of CATCH (Central Arkansas Team for Community Health)
