Organizations Host a Conference on the Mental Health and Addiction Crisis
Non-profits, mental health organizations, and coalitions are coming together to foster important discussions on mental health, addiction, and ways to make a positive impact in Fort Bend County and the surrounding areas.
The Hope Rising: Bridging the Gap Sugarland Conference is a collaboration between the Spiritual Care Network and Fort Bend Regional Council. The community event is open to family members, mental health professionals, faith leaders, and anyone interested in mental wellness.
The Hope Rising: Bridging the Gap Community Mental Health Conference provides an invaluable platform for connecting families, professionals, clergy, and community members with resources, information, and support, while also fostering meaningful relationships. Attendees will have the opportunity to earn continuing education credits for counselors and social workers and visit resource tables from various local organizations and treatment programs. Additionally, lunch and refreshments will be provided.
