Organizations Gather for a Conference Uniting Faith Communities, Substance Use, Mental Health, and Overdose Crisis
Non-profits, faith communities, mental health organizations, and recovery coalitions are collaborating to foster important discussions on diversity in tackling overdose, substance use disorder, and spiritual and mental well-being.
Healing happens when faith, recovery, and mental health professionals come together. SCN Talks bridges these communities through bold ideas, real stories, and shared hope. Expert speakers will cover topics related to mental wellness, opiate use disorder, overdose prevention and finding suitable help for other compulsive behavioral patterns.
SCN Talks is designed to bring together voices from faith, mental health, and addiction recovery communities to share bold ideas and real stories that inspire hope and collaboration. Each talk will be 10 minutes, with two keynote speakers offering extended 20‑minute sessions.
