Corpus Christi, TX. (July 30, 2026) — Belly of the Whale Conference and Health Fair Corpus Christi will take place on Thursday, July 30, 2026, from 8:00 to 3:00 at the New Life at The Cross Church. This event is hosted by the Spiritual Care Network. The event is open to the community, mental health professionals, faith leaders and their congregations, and community partners. The theme, In The Belly of the Whale, will address issues when people feel consumed by mental health or addiction struggles. The conference committee chair is the Spiritual Care Network's Advisory Board Secretary, Genesis Elizondo, and also the Leadership for the Nueces County Spiritual Care Network Monthly Meeting
